Event center is located at Luukin Ulkoilumaja, Luukintie 33 (next to Luukin Kartano)

Competitive series: Men, Women
There is also a series for other-gender.
RACE OFFICE
Race office is located next to the Finish and Start. At the race office you can pick up your bib number or do late registration.
The competition office schedule will be announced closer to the event.
You will receive an email with your bib number before the race office opens. Please be ready to show the number to the staff. If you don’t receive the message, you will get your bib number with your name. You can also pick up your friend’s number.
MANDATORY EQUIPMENT
A headlamp is a must for all runners! The event will be run in a dark forest. The organizer will not rent headlamps for the event.
Please also bring a mobile phone with you during the run in case of possible accidents.
BAG DROP
Free equipment storage is available for participants, located near the race office. The equipment storage is open on the day of the event.
Equipment will be collected back against your competition number. Please do not lose your number after the competition until you have collected your belongings from storage.

LATE REGISTRATION
Late registration is possible at the race office on race day.
TIMING AND MAXIMUM RUNNING TIME
Electronic timing application will be used. Please attach your number to the front of your running clothing at chest height. A number tag attached to your back or legs does not guarantee your running time! Only running with a personal number is allowed.
Maximum running time is 2,5 hours.
CUT OFF: The participants must reach the CUT OFF point within the given time. The exact time will be announced closer to the event. If a participant can’t make it in time at the CUT OFF point, that leads to quitting and the participant will be transported to the finish by the organizer.
IF YOU WITHDRAW FROM THE RACE
Please inform one of the route supervisors or another member of the race organization of your withdrawal. If you have withdrawn from the race, please do not come close to the finish gate with your race number.
FIRST AID
First aid will be located in the finish line area.
Emergency number is 112.
REFRESHMENT STATIONS
There is one refreshment station along the route, where water and sports drinks are available. The finish line has its own service point, where water and sports drinks, as well as other snacks from our partners, are available.
SHOWER, TOILETS AND SAUNA
The event area has changing rooms, showers and toilets for runners to use. After the run, you can also take a sauna at Luukki Ulkoilumaja!
PARKING
Parking in Luukki is chargeable and the parking space is limited. We recommend to arrive early enough or use public transportation. See the schedules from HSL-reittiopas.
RESULTS
PHOTOS
You will find photos from the event here!
Event organizers will have full rights to publish the photos and video material taken during the event. We will also release pictures and videos in our social media channels.
CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION
No cancellations of participation are required, unfortunately it is not possible to get a refund.
TRANSFER OF PARTICIPATION
It is possible to buy transfer insurance, which allows you to transfer the registration to next year’s Petzl Nuuksio Night Trail or to use the paid amount for another event participation. The price of transfer insurance is 10 euros. The transfer can be made only once.
If transfer insurance has not been acquired at the time of registration, the customer has the right to transfer the registration for the event to another person for a transfer fee of 10 euros, but not the right to transfer the registration to another event or to the following year.
The organizer will not refund the paid registration fee.
1. Transfer to another person
You can transfer your participation to another person (until 18.9.2026) for a transfer fee of 10 euros.
Note: Registrations paid with sport vouchers cannot be transferred to another person.
2. Transfer to next year’s Petzl Nuuksio Night Trail (requires transfer insurance)
If the participant has purchased transfer insurance at the time of registration, it is possible to transfer participation to next year’s event by 24.9.2026.
3. Transfer to another event (requires transfer insurance)
If the participant has purchased transfer insurance at the time of registration, it is possible to transfer the entry for another Runner’s High event (until 24.9.2026). After the transfer request your registration will be cancelled, and you will get a discount code worth the same amount of money you paid for your original registration.
How can I transfer my participation?
When transferring your participation to another event or person, or to next year, please contact tapahtumat@runhigh.fi with the following information:
Name of the original participant
Name of the person who will make the new registration (if participation is to be transferred to another person)
To which event the transfer will be made
After the transfer request you will receive more detailed instructions by email.
FORCE MAJEURE
If the event has to be canceled or cannot be held due to a force majeure, you are entitled to a refund of the registration fee. You must request the refund from the event organizer within 30 days of the organizer’s announcement of the event’s cancellation. However, the organizer is not responsible for any delays or damages resulting from the event’s cancellation or postponement due to force majeure, and you are not entitled to compensation for any additional or useless expenses incurred, such as accommodation or travel costs. Force majeure is an event or occurrence beyond the control of the organizer which the organizer could not reasonably be expected to have taken into account at the time of the conclusion of the contract or to have avoided or overcome it or its consequences. Force majeure comprehends both natural disasters and events such as civil unrest, risk to general safety, orders of public authorities or other superior force that prevents the organizing of the event.
