Nuuksio Night Trail 2025 will be run on 26.9.2025!
Preliminary start time 19.30.
Event center is located at Luukin Ulkoilumaja, Luukintie 33 (next to Luukin Kartano)

There is also a series for other-gender.
RACE OFFICE AND BIB NUMBERS
Race office and bag storage are located next to the Finish and Start.
At the race office you can pick up your bib number or do late registration.
Opening hours on race day:
Bib number pick up 17.30-19.00
Late registration 17.30-19.00
You will receive a text message/email with your bib number before the race office opens. Please be ready to show the number to the staff. If you don’t receive the message, you will get your bib number with your name. You can also pick up your friend’s number.

LATE REGISTRATION
Late registration is possible at the race office on race day between 17.30-19.00.
TIMING
Electronic timing application will be used.
Maximum running time is 2,5 hours.
CUT OFF / 6 km / 20:45. The participants must reach the CUT OFF point (about point 6 km) latest at 20.45 (time from the start: 75 min). If a participant can’t make it in time at the CUT OFF point, that leads to quitting and the participant will be transported to the finish by the organizer.
HEADLAMP AND MOBILE PHONE
Route will be mostly completely dark – own headlamp is compulsory for the run! The organizer will not provide headlamps.
Please, take your mobile phone with you on the run in case of any accident.
FIRST AID
First aid will be located in the finish line area.
Emergency number is 112.
REFRESHMENT STATIONS
There will be one hydration station on the route.
SHOWERS AND TOILETS
There will be changing room, showers and sauna at Luukin ulkoilumaja. Enjoy the nice sauna after the race!
BAG DROP
The bag drop is free for all runners. The bag drop is located near to race office and is open between 17.30-22.15. You will get your bag back by showing your bib number, so don’t lose it before picking up your belongings.
PARKING
Parking in Luukki is chargeable and the parking space is limited. We recommend to arrive early enough or use public transportation (Reittiopas).

RIGHTS TO PHOTOS AND VIDEOS
You will find photos from the event here!
Event organizers will have full rights to publish the photos and video material taken during the event. We will also release pictures and videos in our social media channels.
CANCELLATION OF PARTICIPATION
No cancellations of participation are required, unfortunately it is not possible to get a refund.
TRANSFER OF PARTICIPATION
It is possible to buy transfer insurance, which allows you to transfer the registration to next year’s Nuuksio Night Trail or to use the paid amount for another event participation. The price of transfer insurance is 10 euros. The transfer can be made only once.
If transfer insurance has not been acquired at the time of registration, the customer has the right to transfer the registration for the event to another person for a transfer fee of 10 euros, but not the right to transfer the registration to another event or to the following year.
The organizer will not refund the paid registration fee.
1. Transfer to another person
You can transfer your participation to another person (until 19.9.2025) for a transfer fee of 10 euros.
Note: Registrations paid with sport vouchers cannot be transferred to another person.
2. Transfer to next year’s Nuuksio Night Trail (requires transfer insurance)
If the participant has purchased transfer insurance at the time of registration, it is possible to transfer participation to next year’s event by 25.9.2025.
3. Transfer to another event (requires transfer insurance)
If the participant has purchased transfer insurance at the time of registration, it is possible to transfer the entry for another Runner’s High event (until 25.9.2025). After the transfer request your registration will be cancelled, and you will get a discount code worth the same amount of money you paid for your original registration.
How can I transfer my participation?
When transferring your participation to another event or person, or to next year, please contact tapahtumat (at) runhigh.fi with the following information:
Name of the original participant
Name of the person who will make the new registration (if participation is to be transferred to another person)
To which event the transfer will be made
After the transfer request you will receive more detailed instructions by email.
FORCE MAJEURE
If the event has to be canceled or cannot be held due to a force majeure, you are entitled to a refund of the registration fee. You must request the refund from the event organizer within 30 days of the organizer’s announcement of the event’s cancellation. However, the organizer is not responsible for any delays or damages resulting from the event’s cancellation or postponement due to force majeure, and you are not entitled to compensation for any additional or useless expenses incurred, such as accommodation or travel costs. Force majeure is an event or occurrence beyond the control of the organizer which the organizer could not reasonably be expected to have taken into account at the time of the conclusion of the contract or to have avoided or overcome it or its consequences. Force majeure comprehends both natural disasters and events such as civil unrest, risk to general safety, orders of public authorities or other superior force that prevents the organizing of the event.
